The Anfibio Delta MX is an ultra-light and versatile packraft, perfect for longer trips on calm rivers with a lot of gear or for transporting a bike and kids. Weighing less than 2 kg, it offers a high level of paddling comfort and enough space for a wide range of uses.

Field of application:

The Anfibio Delta MX is absolutely best suited for users who want to travel very light and for those who want to use their packraft as an aid/tool to get around in the wilderness. Maybe you need to paddle a bit on a river to continue your hike, or cross a lake to reach the mountain you want to climb.

The Delta MX works best on completely calm waters. The packraft is so small and flexible that you can always carry it in your bag on the bus, car, backpack, or on your bike. We think the packraft is best suited as an aid for getting around when you're hiking, geocaching, canyoneering and mining. The Delta MX is particularly suitable if you need to carry some extra gear as it is quite roomy.

The Delta MX is not intended for whitewater paddling, but can handle lightly flowing water without problems.

Design:

The Anfibio Delta MX is symmetrically designed, which means that the bow and stern are designed in the same way. The tubes have a diameter of 26 cm, which is enough to carry up to 150 kilograms. The packraft is equipped with the very simple and reliable Boston valve, which is also used by MRS.

At the time of purchase, you can choose between "block seat+backrest" or "wide seat". This refers to the two different seating systems that the Packraft can be equipped with. Choose the one that suits you best (or both!),

• The block seat + backrest can be easily and flexibly moved forward and backward to accommodate paddlers of different sizes. Paddlers with extra luggage can utilize the "bonus storage" behind the backrest. The backrest can be fixed firmly forward and provides optimal lumbar support, ensuring high comfort even during long distances.
• The Wide seat is instead placed at the rear of the vehicle. The rear seating position is particularly suitable when traveling with small children, dogs or a lot of luggage. One of the pictures shows the Wide Seat placed at the rear of the stern.

Both seats can also be purchased separately, if you prefer to have one of each seat to easily customize the seating position according to the type of ride you do.

• Variable seating system (block seat): The adjustable seating system allows for flexible positioning of the seat to optimize balance and handling, providing a paddling experience similar to that of a traditional kayak. This makes it easy to customize the boat for paddlers of different sizes and creates extra storage space behind the seat.
• Robust construction: Made of special material (210/420 Denier Urethane-Nylon) that combines low weight with high tear and abrasion resistance. The smooth, glossy surface of the coating is particularly scratch-resistant. All seams are welded, and the tube seams are also stitched, eliminating the need for glued joints and saving both weight and cost.
• Versatile use: Six attachment points (two in the stern and four in the bow) make it easy to secure luggage, towlines or a DeckPack. Additional attachment points are available for attaching and adjusting the backrest.

Fin/skid:

The packraft has the possibility to use a fin. The fin improves the tracking stability of the packraft. If you are going to paddle over longer distances, where grounding is not a major risk, we highly recommend using the fin. If you know you will be paddling in shallow areas, we recommend you remove the fin to avoid damaging it. The fin is not included in the purchase, but is available as an option.

Unimat

Delta can be equipped with the optional Anfibio Unimat 150 accessory, which is an inflatable floor designed for smaller to normal-sized packrafts.

The floor improves paddling characteristics by providing increased stiffness in the bottom and throughout the boat, resulting in better glide and stability. The floor elevates the seating position for better visibility and comfort and insulates against cold and moisture. In addition, it can be used as a sleeping pad if needed.
