TERMS OF PURCHASE
By making a purchase, the customer accepts the following terms of purchase.
§ 1 General

§ 2 Prices
All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor or Euro and includes VAT. For customers who provide a delivery address to a country outside the EU, VAT will be deducted at checkout.
We reserve the right to make price increases, VAT adjustments, currency changes, typographical errors, pricing errors, discontinued products, inventory errors, etc., and reserve the right to cancel/repurchase orders placed due to obvious technical errors. A product that has already been sent from our warehouse is not affected by any increase or decrease in price that occurs after the order is placed, for example in the form of sales, promotions, discount codes or changes in pricing.
Packraft Sweden promotions are limited in time. When using discount codes, they are generally only valid for one purchase and cannot be combined with other offers. We ask you to check that the price is correct before finalizing your purchase. Packraft Sverige reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of abuse or improper use of discount codes. § 3 Payment
Payment with Svea Checkout (international customers uses Stripe)
In collaboration with Svea Ekonomi AB, we offer payment via card, Swish, invoice payment, installment payment, and direct payment via internet bank. This payment solution is called Svea Checkout. By leaving your information at checkout, you agree to Svea's general terms and conditions. By clicking "buy" at checkout, you agree to the store's general terms and conditions.
Card payment
Card payment is made according to current rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU. We use Svea Ekonomi's/Webpay's hosted PCI-DSS-certified card payment solution.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. The money is reserved in your account at the time of purchase.
All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is securely encrypted. No card numbers are saved. We use 3D Secure – the latest security technology for credit card payments online. It is a standard developed by Visa and Mastercard with the intention of securely validating you as a consumer when you shop online.
Swish
For payment with Swish, we cooperate with Svea Ekonomi AB. You pay quickly, easily and securely by verifying your payment with Mobile BankID.
Invoice
To shop with an invoice, you must enter your personal identification number or organization number if you are shopping for a company. To be able to shop with an invoice, you must be over 18 years of age and be registered in Sweden. Standard credit checks are carried out after personal data has been provided at checkout. If a credit report is taken, a copy will be sent to you. The payment period for invoices is 14 days for private individuals and 30 days for companies from the invoice date. In the event of late payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee will be charged. Interest on arrears is charged at 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice will be handed over to debt collection. All invoices are assigned by us to Svea Ekonomi AB (publ).
Instalment payment
You can also choose to pay for your purchase in installments. You choose the credit period by checking the campaign option that suits you best at checkout. The purchase can always be paid in full at any time before the due date. To be able to pay in installments, you must be over 18 years of age and be registered in Sweden. Standard credit checks are carried out after personal data has been provided at checkout. If a credit report is taken, a copy will be sent to you.
Installment payment example: Effective interest rate for purchases of SEK 10,000, term 12 months, 0% interest, set-up fee SEK 195, invoice fee SEK 29 = 10.55%.
Direct payment via internet bank
For direct payment via internet bank, the payment is made via Trustly. Trustly supports Swedish banks and is free of charge for you as a customer. When paying, you are automatically redirected to your internet bank where you log in and approve the transaction. The money is debited directly from your account when you approve the transaction.
Company invoice
Credit check: When applying for payment via company invoice, a standard credit check is performed, which may involve obtaining a credit report.
Terms of payment: The due date and other terms for company invoices are stated on the invoice. For invoice payments, the payment must have been received no later than 30 days from the invoice date. In case of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 and a default interest of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made will be added.
Transfer: All company invoices will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 (“Svea Bank”). All payments related to the invoice must be made to Svea Bank.
GDPR: When paying via company invoice, the invoice will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, and we will then share the corporate customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the data controller for the claims that we have transferred to Svea Bank. § 4 Personal data
The personal data you provide to Packraft Sverige AB is treated with respect and in accordance with the GDPR. By submitting your personal data, you agree that we use the information collected to fulfill our commitments to you and provide the service you expect.

As an end customer, you always have the right to contact us to have your information permanently deleted. The easiest way to contact us is by visiting our contact page.
§ 5 Shipping fees
Shipping within Sweden is normally 60 SEK including VAT. The shipping cost may differ from this for individual shipments due to, for example, bulky packages. Shipping cost internationally is naturally more expensive.
For uncollected orders, the buyer only pays for shipping.
§ 6 Delivery

Delivery time within Sweden is normally 2-3 days but may vary slightly. Within the EU, usually 5-7 days. To Norway about 8-10 days.
If the delivery time differs, this will be stated directly on the product page.
For uncollected orders, the buyer only pays for shipping.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal, exchange and returns
Packraft Sverige AB offers 14 days open purchase from the day the goods are received.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products that in one way or another have been manufactured according to the customer's specific wishes.
Upon return, the item must be returned in the same condition as when it was purchased.
Return shipping labels can be purchased via the Return Shipping page.
For uncollected orders, the buyer only pays for shipping.
§ 8 Complaints
The product you buy from us must be faultless on delivery. If the product you have received has a defect, it should be reported to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery. As a consumer, you have the legal right to complain for up to three years from the purchase, but within a reasonable time (two months) from the discovery of the defect. Contact us atpackraft and provide your full name, your order number, a brief description of the reason for the complaint, a picture of the damage if possible and your contact details (telephone number and e-mail address).
§ 9 Terms for discount coupons
The following conditions apply to discount coupons, unless otherwise stated.
(1) Discount coupons can only be used in our online store. It is not possible to redeem a discount coupon for cash. Interest is not applied to discount coupons.
(2) The validity period and minimum order value (incl. VAT, excl. shipping and other fees) will be announced in connection with the campaign.
(3) Discount coupons cannot be used on already discounted products.
§ 10 Force Majeure
We consider ourselves exempt from fulfilling our obligations under these terms in the event of changes in legislation, government action, labor market conflict, fire, flood, war, terrorism, sabotage, accidents of major proportions, or similar events.

Some time after placing an order, the customer will be asked via email to leave a review of the products they have purchased.
