It works well once you figure out how it works and practice a bit. In general, I find that connecting two poles can feel a bit wobbly in a larger mid-sized tent, especially if you’re using lighter poles, but that’s just how it is—it’s not this product’s fault. Still, I think this makes the setup a little more stable than just using two straps.
