Stormsure is a waterproof, flexible, transparent adhesive used to fill small scratches and repair pinholes in your packraft. Stormsure can also be used to repair leaking rubber boots, leather shoes, soles, repair horse and dog blankets, tent covers, down jackets, dry and wet suits, inflatable sleeping pads, etc. The adhesive adheres to neoprene, rubber, leather, PVC, polyurethane, textiles, waterproof membranes, wood, metal, etc.
Stormsure is used for repairs where it is difficult or impossible to use Stormsure Patches, for example in joints between different materials or at seams.
Stormsure's smallest tube contains 5 grams of adhesive and belongs in the safety equipment of all hikers, riders, fishermen, hunters, divers, campers, surfers, sailors, etc.
For larger repair jobs, such as gluing on repair patches, we recommend Helaplast.
Instructions:
Best used at room temperature. Clean the damaged area (roughen with sandpaper for best adhesion, especially on coated materials). Apply Stormsure, leaving an area of at least 5 mm of Stormsure outside the damaged area. Allow to dry for 10-12 hours at room temperature (longer at colder temperatures).
Storage:
Keep opened tube in the freezer!
